We are delighted that we are now going to be based on the 1st Floor off this fantastic gym run by the legendary Patrick!
WE WILL OPEN OUR DOORS THIS TUESDAY 10TH JANUARY 2023 and we will be announcing our schedule tomorrow! All sessions will be on BOOKING ONLY BASIS with limited spaces.
